Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate mini chips
Melt the butter or margarine in a saucepan, and then stir in the brown sugar until completely melted. Pour the hot ingredients into a mixer bowl, set aside and let cool. Heat oven to 350Âș. Grease a 8 or 9 inch square pan. Once cool, beat in the egg and vanilla extract. Add the flour and salt to the mixed ingredients. Beat until all the ingredients are well blended, and then stir in the mini chips. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted in the center and comes out barley clean. Let cool, cut into 16 squares.
